Ingredients: Napa cabbage (60%), carrots, spring onions, mooli, apple, peeled garlic, fresh ginger root, gochugaru, glutinous rice flour, fresh turmeric root, wakame seaweed, dashima seaweed, salt, naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria.

Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 22kJ / 5kcal, Fat 0.4g (of which saturates 0g), Carbohydrates 2.8g (of which sugars 2.1g), Fibre 1.9g, Protein 1.1g, Salt 2.25g.
